A caring, patient, approachable, qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor who is passionately committed to helping women to access tailored exercise and fitness training in a supportive and motivational environment.
This is a very different training experience compared to large scale gyms. I offer small group classes, for women only, with a maximum class size typically ranging between 5 and 8 people. This is a supportive environment that is not all intimidating and no one need fear embarrassment.
All levels of ability are welcome, ranging from those who have never been to a gym before, those who have trained in the past and want to get fit again, to those who are already in training but would like to try some different fitness training methods. For example, I offer Boxercise® , TRX® Suspension Training ® and kettlebells.
Training takes place in a lovely, unique training facility in an excellent location on the Broad Oak Road in Canterbury.
We train in the single room that you can see in the photograph. It has a wonderful matted floor and is very private compared to many training environments.
