Personal Training (One-to-One or One-to-Two)
Personal Training, One-to-One or One-to Two.
Training sessions will vary in terms of their focus upon cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility and the availability of nutritional advice, as appropriate. Sessions will have structure and variety. Examples of training techniques that may be used include bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, dumbbells, sandbags, barbells, TRX® Suspension Training®, Boxercise® and stretching.
